The temptation is to run for the quick solution. One that provides off the shelf 'lessons'. Or perhaps one with premium content included?
But, just like text books and worksheets before, nothing quite fits the bill. In the end, despite the work overhead, teachers prefer to design their own lessons.
As a teacher, its to do with the nature of teaching. Its you and them in the classroom. You want to do things in your own way! You want to keep control!
